For most people, the word “warehouse” doesn’t bring to mind images of prime surf and turf selections. But, thanks to The Warehouse here in Alexandria, we know better: that’s exactly what you’ll find.
One of the most popular restaurants in the area, The Warehouse is made possible by Chef Sert Ruamthong. Having trained at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), Chef Sert is originally from Thailand and was recently inducted into the American Culinary Federation after more than 20 years at The Warehouse.
Chef Sert’s menu showcases French, Asian, American Creole, and Cajun cuisine, with items like lobster strudel, spicy pecan-crusted rockfish with creole mustard sauce, and hazelnut creme brulee.
With takeout and delivery options in addition to dine-in availability, The Warehouse features menus for lunch, dinner, brunch, and more. Their bar offers even more variety, with both happy hour specials (with both food and beverage choices) and an extensive wine list. Customers can enjoy trout Orleans, Louisiana crawfish etouffee, and Maryland select oysters, as well as grilled filet mignon, Cajun veal oscar, and more.
Enjoy Chef Sert’s dishes at home or at The Warehouse for an experience you won’t soon forget.
